Blogging seems to be a thing of the past. A pursuit of pleasure before my work life swallowed up my real life.

But don't dispair...I'll be back with plenty to see and do!

71/2 steps to SEXY

Sexiness, like cooking requires simple, well chosen ingredients, put together in just the right way - too much of one thing and it all falls apart. However, unlike servings of my very favorite dish - less is generally more. By less I mean, the less effort you look like you've put in the better the end results. So here are 7 easy steps to feeling super-SEXY any time of the day, any day of the week. No need for overpriced underpinnings and with not even an Hervé Ledger mini dress in site (pun indeed).

JUST ADD....

One Balmain (or an equally fierce strong-shouldred) jacket.




Add one slighlty sheer cotton jersey tank - I'm partial to Kain's one pocket style but you may choose a comparable alternative.



Grab a lubricant and slide into second-skin jeans, blue not black.


Work in fierce footwear - for added glamour I'll use these golden Louboutins though any Nicholas Kirkwood shoes would make a fair substitute.

Grab your ipod... Download I AM...SASHA FIERCE turn on the amp-blowing 'Radio'. I prefer Mrs Carter, but if you require something with a little more pop appeal opt for Lady Gaga's Love Game. Either way you'll need this firlmy plugged in and as loud as possible.

Let the music rip and add red lips. I am a firm believer in power of the red stuff however the power is in the picking, so choose the right shade and pout like you're Tyra's protégé.... meow.

Lastly but certainly not least - add a smile because as we all know (and for those who don't click HERE) you're never fully dressed without a SMILE!
