i'm not the type of girl to play favourites with my shoes whether Prada or Primark they get the same treatment. truth is I am an equal opportunity offender. my beloved babes all get left in random places at random times and all get a little bit 'forgotten' when the next 'great' pair of shoes come along.
but like a mother, I love 'em all- in different ways.
So to be forced to choose my 7 favourite pairs, which New Favourite thing made me to do (by way of this tag), is akin to asking the Queen to chose her favourite corgi - mean and terribly unfair.
So it is with pistol to head I have selected my 'not-favourite' favourite shoes.
In no particular order, they are:
hot molten Louboutin wedges: Because everyone needs a little CL in their lives.
silver and perspex Fendi peep toe platforms - my little striper shoes
Patent moc croc brogues - i love i love i love.
gold and black wedge peep toe shoes
there's a story behind these shoes. it goes, i saw em, loved em couldn't decide which ones to get and in a mega EUREKA moment I 'got it' and realised why the fashion fairies had put in me such a quandary and I bought both for the single purpose of wearing them together. To which one of my bezzy mates flatly supplied "you're such a fashion victim"
Victim schmictim I say, I have had plenty of fun nights in these bad boys (the recent grand vintage ball being one of them - pic coming soon) and the return in investment in flattery alone have made them well worth it!
I have pair, New Favourite Thing has a pair. 'Ugly/pretty' shoes - everyone should have a pair.
Oh if you knew how much I love these cow/snake print platform heels from Office. I ummed and ahhed about buying them so much but I am soooo glad I did. these too have paid for themselves in compliments alone.
Ahhh my Chloé's! Uncomfortable but beautiful to behold.
